Nestled in the countryside just a short drive from Belfast city centre, Streamvale Farm is far more than your typical working dairy farm. This long-established family attraction blends animal encounters, interactive activities, seasonal events and play areas to create a memorable day out.
One of the biggest draws here is the chance to get close to a wonderful variety of farm animals. You can, geed the animals at scheduled times, including chickens, Highland cows, goats and alpacas. Cuddle baby rabbits, chicks and guinea pigs in dedicated pet corners. See newborn animals in spring, and even watch lambs being born during special Maternity Ward events. Learn about dairy farming with a visit to the milking parlour and watch their sheep dogs perform some tricks.
Take a scenic tractor ride across the farm with great views over the countryside and a chance to see the red deer. There is also the
barrel ride, towed along a track with twists and turns.
The farm has extensive play options.
Farmyard Playground- outdoor climbing frames, slides and spaces to explore.
Junior Play Barn- an indoor soft play space for younger children.
Big Bounce Barn & Cannon Arena- active fun zones with inflatables, slides, target games and more.
Agricultural Play Village- a themed area encouraging imaginative play with little role-play scenarios like a vet clinic, farm shop and milking parlour.
Deer Park- with large tyre swings, zip lines and sand digging zone.
Bounce House- a large cushion bounce house, undercover so great for those hot days away from the sun (age 4+ only)
