What You’ll Find

This isn't your average play park!

SkyPark is absolutely packed with activities, so you could easily spend a good chunk of the day here.

Aerial Adventure Course – climb high into the trees and tackle obstacles, cargo nets, bridges and zip wires.

SkyPark Junior – younger adventurers aged 4–8 have their own lower-level aerial course, complete with wobbly bridges, challenges, a treehouse and a kids' zipline.

Skynet Giant Adventure – a huge netted adventure area where kids can bounce, climb, explore treehouses, crawl through tunnels and whizz down slides.

Zipfinity – because apparently one zip wire is never enough!

⛳ Mini Golf

🥏 Frisbee Golf

⚽ Footgolf

🌽 Ireland's Ancient East Maze

🕷️ Spider Mountain

🏀 Aeroball

🛝 Inflatable Adventure Slide

🚂 SkyPark Express Train

There really is SO much to work your way around, and I love that it isn't all about the high ropes. There are plenty of activities to break up the bigger adventures.

For the Grown Ups

This is definitely a day out where the grown-ups can get involved too!

If you're brave enough, adults can purchase an All Access Pass and take on the activities alongside the kids.

If dangling high above the ground isn't your idea of fun, there's good news – one non-participating adult can currently enter free with each fully paying child.

Carlingford itself is also gorgeous, so you could easily combine SkyPark with some food and a wander around the village afterwards.

Why We Loved It

✅ So many activities included in one visit

✅ Brilliant for adventurous kids

✅ Junior aerial course specifically for younger children

✅ Plenty for older kids, teenagers AND adults

✅ Great mixture of aerial and ground activities

✅ You can spend hours here without hearing"what are we doing next?"

✅ Perfect excuse for a family day trip to Carlingford

Wee Adventurer Top Tips

Book online in advance. SkyPark recommends pre-booking, particularly during weekends, school holidays and summer. Booking at least 24 hours ahead currently saves €5 per person.

Check ages AND heights. The main aerial course is for ages 9+ and participants must be at least 1.2m tall, while SkyPark Junior is designed for ages 4–8.

Wear sensible clothes. This is an active day out, so comfortable clothes and suitable footwear are a must.

Give yourself plenty of time. Your booking time is your arrival time and you can then work your way around the included activities at your own pace.

Don't skip Skynet! If your kids love climbing, bouncing and slides, this is likely to be a big hit.

Check opening days before travelling. SkyPark operates seasonally and opening days/hours can change throughout the year.

Overall Verdict

SkyPark is one of those days out that's particularly good when your children are getting a little older and you want something beyond the traditional soft play or play park.

With high ropes, zip wires, huge bouncing nets, mini golf, footgolf, slides and loads more, there's enough here to keep the whole family busy.

And I really love that younger adventurers haven't been forgotten either, with SkyPark Junior giving them their own taste of the high-rope adventure.

Definitely one to add to the "big day out" list!
