DO I NEED TO BOOK?

We limit the number of children into the play hub so that children can get an enjoyable adventure. We do accept walk ins but if all the spaces are booked you may be turned away. Therefore we do advise to pre book your space.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Each session is 90 minutes. The door will be unlocked at the beginning of the session. You can wait out in the corridor before this.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

The age set in place is up to 8 years old. This age group will get the most out of the toys on offer at the Play Hub. However we do accept older children, all we ask is that any older children are respectful of the toys and the younger children.

WHO TIDIES UP?

We encourage the children to tidy up at the Play Hub. A tidy up song is played 10 minutes before the end of the session to encourage cleaning up after ourselves with a little bit of modelling from the grown-ups. This helps to leave the space ready for the next session and signals to the children that the session is ending. (Our staff REALLY appreciate this as they need a break too)

CAN I GET A REFUND?

All tickets are strictly non-refundable. However we understand that with wee ones situations can arise. With a minimum of 48 hours notice we will try to transfer your booking to an alternative available date.

CAN I BRING A PUSHCHAIR/PRAM?

Of course. We just ask that prams are parked in the pram park under the stairs or folded considerately so other visitors can get in and out and that the fire exit is not blocked.

CAN I KEEP MY SHOES ON?

We ask that when in the play area shoes (including adults) are removed and socks to be worn at all times.

ARE WE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes we are wheelchair accessible and we have accessible toilet facilities.

DO YOU HAVE A BABY CHANGE FACILITIES?

Yes, our baby change unit is in the accessible toilet in the corridor.

CAN ADULTS GO ON THE PLAY FRAME?

We know that wee ones can sometimes get upset or stuck so the play frame has been built with safety in mind and adults can go on the play frame.

ARE THE SESSIONS SUPERVISED?

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times. Please be mindful that all children are there to enjoy the play area and any children not following our rules of play may be asked to leave. Staff are available to make sure that our sessions run smoothly and safely. Please note some toys may be small and need additional supervision, particularly children under 3 years old
